How will delivery and pickup be handled by Rowe Services going forward?

During this time, the best approach will be to minimize person-to-person contact. This means we will change our procedures that involve door/curbside delivery or pickup.

For deliveries that require installation, we request that customers maintain at least six feet of social distancing and offer instruction as needed from a distance or via phone call. We prohibit our employees from entering customer homes or businesses until proper protocols are put in place and/or health authority regulations allow.

We can provide no-contact deliveries in garages or backyards if its just a drop off.
